Good Morning, I know it has been a while since you posted here about TC, but if you still looking, I am a TC realtor and I specialize as a buyer's agent and helping people to relocate or find rental opportunities in Northern MI. Please reach out if I can help!

I have had good luck with Zillow leads and networking in town with small businesses. One small thing that worked well for me was partnering with a local coffee shop. I put a credit card on file at a local coffee shop that is a town favorite and bought coffee for everyone who came through until I hit $200. It was a small investment and I got 3 connections out of it, plus the coffee shop was so grateful and appreciative and will now (hopefully) think of me when they think of real estate.

I am an agent in Northern Michigan! I specialize in multi-family properties and have a lot of experience as a buyer's agent, specifically for people relocating as Traverse City is a vacation town. I also own a STR in Kalamazoo, MI and a commercial building in Traverse City, MI.
