Hey all!

I’m located in Austin, TX and wanted to meet any and all RE investors in the TX area! Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, etc! I’ve got some property in Detroit and looking to expand the portfolio here in Texas. If you’ve got experience or know people who do, I’d love to chat!

Looking forward to the conversations and hopefully some business relationships.

Thanks all!

Hello all!

I wanted to pick your brains and see what you did to raise capital for your real estate investments. I currently have a 5-unit building in Detroit but want to expand my portfolio rapidly.

Would it be best to find a few homes that I can fix and flip to get access to capital for future buy and hold investments or would it be better to access a Hard Money Lender to purchase a property and pull money out via refinance to pay back that loan?

Access to capital has been my biggest hurdle in this real estate journey so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey all!

I’m living in Austin TX and wanted to know what the best resources to meet fellow RE investors out would be! Obviously the pandemic puts a hinderance on things but I would love to network and get in touch with anyone who is active in the real estate industry!

Thank you!

Hello all!

I've been living in Austin for a little over a year now and would love to chat with fellow investors about your experiences and what's worked for you! I am currently investing in the Detroit market but want to get involved in the Austin or San Antonio markets.

Please reach out if you're interested in sharing experiences and expanding our networks with others in the RE field.

Hello All!

What methods/practices you find to be most beneficial as an investor to raise private capital for larger multifamily properties?

What ways have you structured your larger multifamily deals to make it most appealing to other investors? (% interest on their investment, equity in the deal, etc)

Thanks for all the feedback in advance!
