Haha that makes perfect sense @Ming Lim we were looking in Montreal but the first few deals we anylized didn't cash flow so we are still looking at deals. And yes self managing if it's in MTL or LA but won't self manage if it's outside of those two cities at the moment. 

@Ming Lim We have some Canadians in our group that want to possibly buy in an area that they can drive to and be more hands on with. That's the main reasons really.
