Ya, great idea, I would be open to that for sure @Amaury Zambrano and @Tim Ryan . And I just listened to my first one. It was awesome. Started by replaying all the webinars on BP but now I'll dive more into the podcasts. Also been reading every book about finance, real estate, success and mental attitude I can get my hands on. wow thank you so much @Chris Jackson ! I appreciate that. I think I was interested in making a wholesale deal because right now I'm very into finding good deals and wanted to get a transaction under my belt. And of course making a quicker financial gain would be a nice start but I do 100% ultimately want to own income properties. So I think I'm hearing what you and @Jeannie Kenes are saying about it being two different models. Anyway I can pick you brain a little more about this? Thank you again!

Income properties. Single family homes to 12 unit apartment buildings. But I feel like I'd want to wholesale a deal or two at first and then get into my first income property.
