Good morning BP!! I really want to get started in the biz but I'm having one issue. I have my HML set up but I don't have an exit strategy. I went through a divorce and my credit took a substantial hit, so conventional financing is out of the question. I'm looking to buy and sell as well as buy and hold. What's a good way to move forward in this situation?

Greg, not trying to buy a wholesale deal then sell it. Just wondering if is good practice to hook my buyer up with someone else's deal and possible make a couple $$

I'm just getting started in the business and I've created a small cash buyers list and I've started my direct mail campaign. I wanted to know is it possible to sell another investors wholesale deals until I get my own and if so how do I go about doing that?

I'm thinking about bird dogging, and I wanted to know how can I be certain that I'm going to get my finders fee? Is there contracts? All info is greatly appreciated
