I'm googling but not having much luck.  I read that the federal moratorium on evictions was set to expire on July 25th.  Did it actually expire and did the one that Edwards had in Louisiana expire?

Thank you @Charlesa F.  The guy in the podcast referred to the Rockefellers doing this strategy multiple times.  I'm going to check the book out.  

I'm not looking at this for the insurance.  And this guy was even saying that a whole life insurance policy is about the worst investment you can make.  The benefit was that while you're collecting this small, guaranteed 4% return, you have access to the money.  He says certain companies will let you borrow up to the amount that you have in the account very easily.  I was curious if this is a viable strategy, or just a guy trying to sell another course. 

Anyone here listen to the Lab Coat Agents podcast?  I was listening to one this morning (https://podcasts.apple.com/us/...) and the guy was talking about putting your money into whole life insurance company's general funds.  He said they guarantee a 4% return and that you can borrow against it very easily.  I actually heard something very similar recently from an agent in my area.  This is news to me, but is this something anyone else is familiar with?  

Lenders... if I buy an investment property that appraises for $125k for $100k cash, could I do a cash out refi and get 80% (my $100k) back out?

I’ve had good luck with Cody Allen with Rollins Plumbing.  It won’t let me post a phone number in this reply but you can look them up on Facebook to find it.  Sometimes he is too backed up but will give your the number of a good plumber that can help you quicker.  

I'll throw my hat in for Kelly Olivier w/ Olivier's Home Inspections too.  He is my go to guy as an agent and I've had him inspect multiple personal properties of mine.  His prices are very competitive and I really like the software he uses for his reports... as a matter of fact I helped talk him into using it.  

I wish they would count an IRA as an asset that they could loan against. I've got about $180k in an IRA and I'd love to be able to get a $100k line against it.
