When starting a property management company, and you also own properties that you manage, which insurance companies and policies do you recommend? I've ran into the issue of 2 major companies denying coverage due to the business owner managing properties that they own. This is for E&O and general liability. I know there has to be companies that will cover a business owner managing their own properties and others also. Thanks

@Gualter Amarelo Yes, but I'm not too keen of people being able to Google my name and see every move I'm about to make with my investments. I'll post general things, but never anything personally about any investments I have or will have. I agree with one of the other posters, we should have the option of having handles, for protection. 

Who was your lender? 

That was my concern with joining and also posting. Anything you post can be revealed in a simple Google search too. People can find out so much about you on here. Even when just your name is Googled, and target you based on what they see out of envy and/or jealousy.  

Can anyone recommend a CRM that I can use with printed letter drip campaign? I am printing letters on a monthly basis and using my own letters, printed and signed, then mailed out. I'd like for the CRM to keep track of who got which letter, even as new leads get added each month. Also, each letter personalized with each person's name and property address, which may be different from the mailing address. 

I would think that those that have a higher section 8 occupancy would be able to weather the storm best; either class.
