Property Management Company
When starting a property management company, and you also own properties that you manage, which insurance companies and policies do you recommend? I've ran into the issue of 2 major companies denying coverage due to the business owner managing properties that they own. This is for E&O and general liability. I know there has to be companies that will cover a business owner managing their own properties and others also. Thanks
