Hi, I am currently looking to perform a BRRRR in the Baltimore area. I currently own 2 properties (1 investment, 1 primary residence). My question is when it comes time to refinance will I run into any trouble because of my high DTI ratio? Will banks overlook my DTI and allow me to refinance? Thanks
