Purchasing an out of state property with my current LLC
I have an LLC in Maryland and am interested in purchasing a property in North Carolina. Can I purchase the North Carolina property under my Maryland LLC? Thanks

You can, but it's a better practice to buy it with a local LLC. Courts are picky about real estate and won't recognize some of the LLC protections other states offer. It's much more useful to have your ML LLC own a local NC LLC.
