“Offering short-term rentals through Airbnb is growing in popularity among homeowners and investors. And it’s no wonder—with Airbnb attracting guests from all over the world, hosts in major cities profit by an average of $20,619 annually, according to iPropertyManagement, Inc. In the U.S. alone, bookings have increased 45 percent in the past year.”

However, it is a lot of work that comes with maintaining a hotel-like space that is occupied by a different guest every 1-3 days and that’s where a Co-Host comes in.

As your Airbnb Co-Host we will:

-Check-in guests personally

-Thoroughly clean after each stay (laundry, carpet, and upholstery cleaning included)

-Notify Owner of any repairs needed and perform the repairs ourselves*

-Find discounts on furnishings appliances, and decorations

-Be on-call for any emergencies

-Create your listing on AirBnb platform including:

description of your space, description of the location/highlights of the neighborhood, sites to see/places to visit, instructions for guests, local transportation information, etc.

We will also do a FREE analysis of your space to help you figure out how to make the most of it and be more profitable!

You can pretty much leave all of the work up to us and just sit back and collect your profit!

We only charge 30%/mo/space, so if you make $2000/mo/space, that will allow you to make $1400/mo/space without having to lift a finger!

We have enough resources to accommodate up to 6 properties at the moment so Contact me ASAP to claim your spot!!

Hi Ryan! I just recently became an approved loan broker with Visio Lending and I am looking for feedback on the ease or difficulty of going through their loan process. Did you end up going through them for your loan?

@Karl Smith, I just became an approved broker for Visio and it seems like they have a decent track record from what I have heard from other brokers. If you would like someone to work side-by-side with you and make sure all of your questions get answered thoroughly and honestly, please feel free to pm me!

I just became a loan broker for Visio Lending and I am looking for feedback on how smooth (or rigid) their loan process has been for those who have experience with them. I'm hoping to get some good feedback that I can use as testimonials when I start promoting on my webpage. Also, if you have any advice for how I can be successful in loan brokering, please give it. All comments AND QUESTIONS are welcome. Thanks

Thank you!

@Christopher Raiz i see that u commented a few times about making connections. Search for local meetups in ur area via BP. There is an entire forum dedicated to local meetups. Thats how i made most of my best connections! Good Luck and hope to see you around!

@Joe Kasprzyk so, to be clear, you are offering to teach your gift of selling water to a well to any professional in REI who will accept? What are you looking to get in return? What part are you looking to "control"?
