Did you ever find any good books?

Hi does anyone have any fiction novels they recommend? I need something to read to along side of all my business books I read.

Anything with real estate and or business related would be great

Just finished atlas shrugged which is more about railroad business. But I’m looking for something like that.

Just spoke with a realtor who also manages properties for investors, he said theres no way to cover any kind of mortgage through short term rentals and would be lucky to cover taxes, hoa, and some other expenses.

Looking for advice in the lake Tahoe area.

We are thinking about buying either a condo in a full service community on the water or a single family home, with the intent to rent it out as often as possible and use it when its not.  Any advice on areas?

Were thinking incline village, it is expensive but the area is the best. 

How is demand for rentals in winter and summer?

Following.... Looking at a Condo unit in a full service community. Rents look like $100/ night. Seems strong enough as long as there is the demand. Anyone have an update on vacation rental demand lately? 

I guess their calling everybody again huh? I just got a call today with a too good to be true 21% return on a 6 plex.... any thoughts ?

Hey everybody I'm interested in purchasing a home or condo in St Martin / st barts / st croix / st Thomas and renting it out as a vacation rental. Not sure which is easiest or better. Anyone with any experience / success in the Virgin Islands ? Would love to discuss anyone with experience or any re attorneys down there etc. Best
