Hey everybody I'm interested in purchasing a home or condo in St Martin / st barts / st croix / st Thomas and renting it out as a vacation rental. Not sure which is easiest or better. Anyone with any experience / success in the Virgin Islands ? Is vrbo and airbnb best? Or use a realtor etc? Would love to discuss anyone with experience or any re attorneys down there etc. Best

Hey guys I'm looking to invest with a company that finds and sets up huge multifamily deals. Then gets investors to put up the equity for the down payment. The company is called Creative Realty Partners. Does anyone have any experience with these guys or anyone similar. The deal seems to check out and look great.

Hey everybody I'm an investor with an opportunity to invest in some beautiful new multifamilys in Mexico near Playa Del Carmen. Some are rented annually, some monthly, but most are vacation rentals so week to week from Airbnb. It is a beautiful new construction with pool and tons of amenities. Anyone have experience out of the country like this?? Thanks
