We would like to invite you our next Apartment Investor Mastery (AIM) Meetup that we host in Sugar Land! The goal of this meetup is to raise awareness on apartment investing. We've been investing in real estate since 2010 and multifamily since 2015. We have led syndications of approximately 500 units in Texas and are excited to share some of our experiences!

On May 4th, we'll go in-depth on a property that we acquired off-market last June 2018 in a very good submarket in Dallas. We'll discuss how we were able to find the deal, acquire/structure it, our business plan and the results to date. We'll ensure that this is a very interactive discussion.

During this meeting we will cover the benefits of investing in multi-family and how you can get started! We'll also have a passive investor panel discussion with 2 investors, Michael Le and Nathalie de Vos Burchart, who have invested in multiple deals passively. We'll be discussing how they define their criteria, what they look for in a deal, what they look for in a sponsor, etc. and leave plenty of time for audience Q&A. Michael has invested in 10 deals totaling over 2,250 units. Nathalie has invested in 11 deals totaling over 2,000 units. They have both also lead syndication's as sponsors and have BOTH recently retired from their corporate careers via multifamily investing. This discussion is sure to be very insightful for all new and experienced investors!
