We would like to invite you our next Apartment Investor Mastery (AIM) Meetup that we host in Sugar Land! The goal of this meetup is to raise awareness on apartment investing. We've been investing in real estate since 2010 and multifamily since 2015. We have led syndications of approximately 500 units in Texas and are excited to share some of our experiences!
On May 4th, we'll go in-depth on a property that we acquired off-market last June 2018 in a very good submarket in Dallas. We'll discuss how we were able to find the deal, acquire/structure it, our business plan and the results to date. We'll ensure that this is a very interactive discussion.
