We would like to invite you our next Apartment Investor Mastery (AIM) Meetup that we host in Sugar Land!

During this meeting we will cover the benefits of investing in multi-family and how you can get started! We'll also have a passive investor panel discussion with 2 investors, Michael Le and Nathalie de Vos Burchart, who have invested in multiple deals passively. We'll be discussing how they define their criteria, what they look for in a deal, what they look for in a sponsor, etc. and leave plenty of time for audience Q&A.
