Victor,

Great job! Thank you for sharing! I'm halfway through me first flip and things are going well.  I can understand the cost to resurface the kitchen cabinets.  I received quotes in my area (Central Florida) to perform the same work for $6,500, but my properties kitchen is smaller than yours.  Its not cheap!

Nice work! Its great to see you progressing in the right direction.  Keep it up!

Nick,

Great job, you certainly have a bright future ahead of you! It is great to see that you received an equity participation on the deal and made out on acquisition fees! Thank you for sharing your experience!

Great job, you certainly have a bright future ahead of you!  What is your equity participation in the deal? Did you earn anything by performing the acquisition (acquisition fees)? Thank you for sharing your experience!
