@Shak F. Personally I feel if the the property produces enough for you to make the monthly payment, handle expenses/prep for repairs and money is being made. That’s what’s most important In my opinion. Despite the rate can you afford it at that rate is the real topic.

@Shak F.- thanks ...if you want lower pricing - consider putting 25% down  .  You can get a lower rate if you want to pay higher  upfront loan fee ..if you plan to keep the  loan/ property  short term - you will want to take the highest rate/ lowest fee option

I have an investment property that we are looking at getting a Heloc on. I know that many banks don’t lend helocs on investment properties but there are some out there. 

Has anyone had any luck and if so where and what banks? And how long was the process? What did that process look like? And what kind of terms?
