HELOC On Investment Property

Hi All,

I have called about 4 different banks trying to find a lender to do a heloc on an investment property. Any recs?

Depending on the property type, number of units, how it's titled and your credit, I have a couple lenders that offer them. We could also look at closed end seconds (a lump sum vs a credit line) if you don't want to mess with your existing mortgage. Feel fee to shoot me a message.
