@Gavin Welch Thanks Gavin! So where do you think it will make sense to invest? Outside of big metros? And do you really think the bubble will burst soon? Because it seems like it but on the other hand the market is crazy hot (at least in Pittsburgh where I already work)...

@Sergio B. That's the plan. I won't buy anything (to live in at least) until I'll phisically be there... I just wanted to start already to buy investments properties so I'll have something when I'll finelly move there.

@Edgar Rodriguez

Thank you for your answer! As soon as this crazy COVID will go away I will be able to visit the US. I had a ticket to April but the flight was cancelled so now I'll have to wait...

Thanks again!

As Brandon and Davis always says on their podcast- you should way your options and see what is the most profitable scenario for you or the one that suits your goals.

What is the ARV for that house? Are you going to make profit if you'll flip it?

Are you in this RE game for the long run and want to have as much of passive income or you want to make fast money?

If you'll make it a duplex- how much rent will it make? and as a SFH?

Think of all the scenarios and see what fits your goals and what makes you the most profit.

Good luck and well done for starting! (I'm just looking for my second property and know how scary it is to pull the trigger...)

Do you know if your area is s good area to fix&flip?

I will definitely reach out when I'll visit! Thanks!

I have a rental property in Pittsburgh PA and it is so difficult to get to know a new market... It took me a year to knoe PGH pretty good... So if I can get some help it will be highly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
