Areas to invest in Indianapolis
Hi everyone,
I'm looking to invest in Indianapolis and would like to get your input.
My current strategy is Buy&Hold, I'm not familiar with the area yet so I'm seeking for some advice,
I'm looking for single family house with at least 3 bedrooms and 1000sqft with an asking price of up to ~90k.
could you please direct me to areas that suites my budget?
So far I've researched a bit about places like Mars Hill and Bean Creek which look like they suit my budget.
Many thanks!

Irvington, Christian Park, Winsdor Park, Crown Hill are good areas. I'd be happy to help. Feel free to connect.
