The company I work for is now offering a Proactive Line of Credit, which means the property doesn't need to be in place to qualify for this product.

Hi Jason!

Your client sounds like a perfect candidate for our funding programs, and would be happy at the opportunity to earn his business. 

With that said... We have several different products, such as stated income loans or even a proactive line of credit (the property doesn't need to be in place to qualify) that he could use to initially obtain the properties, then move them all into our blanket loan product. No cap, just a minimum of 3 properties need to be covered in the loan at all times. Other then that he can sell and add as many properties from this loan as he would like and make interest only payments.
