Seeking A Seasoned Investor to Shadow in Dallas

Hi Everyone,

I have been researching and joined the local REIA club to network and learn from others. I am looking for a local seasoned investor to shadow and learn from. Some of the education I have received has left more to be desired and I really am more of a hands-on experiential learner than I am someone who can listen to a bunch of talking. If anyone is in the Dallas area and willing to take someone under their wing, let me know. I own a marketing business currently so I am flexible on time and could offer assistance with social media, email marketing automation and web development in exchange for knowledge.
