Noticed your post and wanted to extend a product idea that our firm has that could be of assistance to your situation, if you haven't found a solution already. 

We offer what's known as a blanket loan that enables you to put multiple properties into one loan. It only requires 3 properties minimum and we don't cap you on how many you can add after that. We are an asset based lender and ask for decent credit.

Not sure if you're still looking for help in financing your 15 properties, but I may be of assistance. 

Our firm offers a blanket loan product so you would be able to wrap all your properties under one loan. You could even sell properties from it, we just require a minimum of 3 properties to be held in at all times.
