I'm looking for a cash investor for a fix+flip in a local area. The margin is really high, but requires an all cash purchase. Would you be interested in doing that? I can share the numbers privately if you are.

Thanks @Ingrid for the book advice, I'll check it out. Also, I've been to Oslo, Drammen, Lier and Kristiansand--Norway is a beautiful country! But so expensive! :)

@Ndy, definitely but I'm up for the challenge.

@Mike only one so far, because I was thoroughly enjoying renting while traveling the world for a few years.

Thanks @Robbie Reutzel! I'm diving into everything and will most likely go with a pro account here before the end of the day.

Hey there everyone!

My name is Seth, and I'm SUPER excited to start focusing on my real estate investing goal. I've owned a successful marketing agency out of Boston for the last 4 years and I've always wanted to invest in real estate.

I've bought my first home (believe it or not, I'm only 25 so this is a great accomplishment) almost with cash, and I'm super thankful to finally be going after my dream.

I have two things that I want to focus on, flipping and buy+hold. The buy & hold strategy is very appealing for building long-term wealth and really the freedom to do what I want with my time. I love working hard, but I also really want to travel the world!

Anyway, any advice or suggestions for bringing in a large volume of properties to assess would be great.
