Hi Everyone,

I am looking to invest in multifamily apartments in the Grand Rapids Area. I already have an accountant through my parents that I have worked with in past business experiences, but am interested in working with someone on a larger scale who knows the community better. I am wondering if anyone might have any recommendations with great accountants that they have had excellent opportunities that have saved them tons of money through the years. Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I am looking to invest in multifamily apartments in Grand Rapids Area. I will be using syndication through a pool of investors so I'm not sure if this plays into effect on the policy. If anyone has more information on a great insurance agent/agency with low cost would love some more insight if the syndication affects any of that. Thank you!

Someone who has a good track record and you can trust to do the job efficient. Thank You!

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for any referrals of great real estate attorney's in Grand Rapids, MI or just outside. I will be investing in multi-family apartments through syndication's in Kent County Area. If anyone knows or has worked with someone who has had success I would love to get in touch with them. I have heard that it is wise to also use a securities lawyer when doing these syndication's. If anyone has anymore information it would be tremendous help. Thank You!

Hi @Gino Barbaro,

Can my own real estate lawyer do this as well? Or is this someone who specializes in syndication's?

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in Multi-Family apartments in Grand Rapids area. I'm just curious the process of getting a commercial loan when using syndication. Having investors pool their money for the down payment and using a loan for the rest. Does anyone have any insight to this? The process, what the qualifications are, etc.

Hi everyone,

I am looking for new members to add to my team. If anyone has any recommendations for team members in the Grand Rapids area I would love to contact and work with them. I'm interested in purchasing a fourplex that brings in $2,000-$3,000 annual income the first 5 years. Attorneys, agents, lenders/brokers, contractors, insurance agents, property managers, accountants, architects, property tax consultants, income tax consultants, Estate planners, Environmental companies/industrial hygienists, surveyors, structural engineers, etc. Obviously I will not need all of these professionals for 1 fourplex, but I will need them down the road for future growth of my business. I'm all about networking and meeting people who can help forward my real estate investing business.

Thank You @Mindy Jensen. Asking for copies of the utility bills is great and I have never thought about that I will definitely be putting that in my list of questions. Thanks again!
