I have a question. You mentioned that when you re-finance you get money out of the property. How does that work? I am new at this. And you mentioned that its tax-free. Could you pls elaborate. Thanks.

I work with Scott Carlyle from Keller Williams Metro Atlanta in the same price range and he is great.

My question is should I buy a foruplex/Single family homes inside the perimeter or should I buy a lot and build 4-5 studios and rent out (Inside the perimeter)/ What are your thouhts?
