I am with Southeast Professional Title. 90% of my business is for investors and can close anywhere in the state of Florida. Buyer and sellers do not have to come to my office to close.

Richard C. that is the game of real estate investing. No one intentionally tries to wrong a seller by not buying their property, but if you cant find an end-buyer for your transaction you need jump out. Maybe you should be a Realtor and not an investor.

I see you are not in Florida but if you have any questions about finding a good title company or what questions to ask let me know. Lots of companies say they are investor friendly just to get the business. Then you find out the hard way they are not.
