@Andreis Bergeron you're not going to get good cash on cash return in Austin.

@Jon Greerack blackrock is the company the fed used to prop up the stock market. Fed is using them to buy up houses. They propped up the stock market, now its real estate. They also bought a lot of Bitcoin. This is all fed driven and there's an agenda behind it all.

@Chantelle Hester not sure if the government is going to let another crash happen. But a correction will eventually happen.

@Corey Lyons you should look into connecting with Kevin Paffrath @meetkevin. He's well known on youtube, and focuses on adus in Ventura. He has courses that are helpful and knows about the city rules. He's planning to run for governor though I'm not sure how serious he is but he's a great resource.

@Mark Oliver we were in a similar situation last year. We had five sfhs and wanted to scale up so we decided to do a cash out refinance on one of the investment properties which allowed us to lower our rate but most importantly pull out $100k. We put the funds into a 4plex in houston. We will be living in one of the units while renting the other 3. By living in the unit, we will be able to save all of our full time salaries for the next big thing.

I have to say though the cash out refi was quite a tedious process, it took almost 6 months!
