 If I spent $50,000 on a vacation I would hope I would be treated well as well! For $50,000 I am sure I can get far better hotel accommodations than what RAD is offering their inner circle members (because it seems that's all they get in return for their money based on what others are sharing).

Dutch sighting... Inner Circle Retreat Puerto Rico.... Are there some investors who are making enough profits to participate or are these new investors?

@Sean Lin Are you really going to promote the fact you are brokering 14% Cap rate deals and then fail to share any details? 

I attended one DIG meeting (Philadelphia area REIA). I came away unimpressed. The speaker runs one of the Multi-Family Syndication/Education pyramid concepts Perhaps it's just geared for investors with different interests than mine but would be nice if they catered to people who just wanted to buy real estate, not be taught they can acquire 100 unit buildings in a pay to play scheme. I would blame that on the board or whomever is the one making the decisions on who speaks at these events.

Any updated on Rad Diversified? The boards have been quiet lately. I assume distributions must have started back up?

Does everyone else find it odd that @Dutch Mendenhall has been an active participant on this site for years and he goes silent while @Brent Mendenhall picks up the pieces?  We've all seen this before. The attorney tells the client to keep quiet. I hate to say this because there are a lot of people who invested their life savings with this company but something is going on behind the curtains here. 

@Jarred Nisenfeld If you want cheap real estate why travel all the way to Reading when you have North Philadelphia in your backyard? 

@Joe Merullo Hire an attorney. Are you really going to make investment decisions that involve legal documents and capital being invested by outside parties based on what someone writes in these forums? Do you really believe an attorney is going to give you the keys for free?
