Hey Mike! How much in education did you pay to get Tyler Deveraux and Ryan Wooley listed as advisors on your website?

There's a ton of members where the sole contribution to these forums are endorsements of RTR. When you joined isn't relevant to my point. Nearly the entire reviews section is RTR endorsements....I guess its good promotion for the biz.

It seems the entire reviews and feedback section now consists of members creating accounts solely for the purpose of endorsing RTR. We get it...

@Derrick Lewis It's a sales gimmick. Once you complete their application process, they will determine you don't fall under their top tier borrower qualifications and propose terms that are far less favorable. Hear they drag borrowers along and by the time the borrowers learn their leverage fate it's too late to shop the loan elsewhere. I don't believe Dominion is the only hard money group to do this but that's how they get borrowers like yourself through the door. Anyone else have this experience with Dominion?

During underwriting they requested entity documentation for past completed projects. They literally went through each operating agreement and prepared an email listing out each member of each LLC and clarifying they each had to guarantee the loan despite the fact none of those entities were even being used for the purchase (which was previously explained to Dominion Financial). Must've taken a day's worth of labor to complete that exercise. Was a huge waste of time pulling teeth with their irrelevant document requests and moved on.

@Jay Check Are you a real account or is this just another promotion for a lying guru? This guy claimed to have hundreds of homes which was a complete lie and then drives idiots around the Philadelphia hood in a party bus for thousands of dollars.

I've been actively using BiggerPockets for over a while, have been educating myself and attending a lot of networking events. All have proved helpful but still feel like I need some additional support. I've met plenty of individuals with far more experience than me who have offered referrals, advice and so on but I'm looking for more handholding than is reasonable to ask for someone to provide for free. I've done extensive research into the options and a lot of the paid options seem to focus on teaching specific investment methods. There's some who are more so there to help advise as I make my own path presumably with the ability to identify issues ahead of time. Consider it more so like having my own in house representative to be there as needed. I still  have to do some more research into the individuals behind both concepts but what option do you believe offers more value? I will close by saying I am not expecting a be a multi-millionaire by next year following someone's system. I am more realistic than that.

@Ray Pryer I am still a novice but even I can tell you the Lenders using hotmail email addresses are fishy.....
