Hi Everyone,

Is anyone currently investing in Richmond VA or the surrounding market?

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether that may be a good market for either appreciation or cash flow?

Any and all thoughts are appreciated and I really appreciate this communities insights!

I am in the area and looking to start my investment journey with my first rental pure property. I am not holding out much hope for a deal in Woodbridge, but nothing would please me more than being proved wrong... so if you find anything please don’t hesitate to let me know! Best of luck!
