Driving for $$$ - Day 1.

Tomorrow I’m taking my 1st step to get into wholesaling. Im going to dedicate 2 hrs to drive for $$$. I’m going to look for properties that have been vacant for about 3-5 years and homes built in the 50’s and 60’s. I will be looking in Woodbridge, Va - where I reside! Any piece of advice would be great! What to do and what not to do would be phenomenal to know.
