Thank you for the input! Quantico seems like a decent market for single family homes, but as of now there are only a couple multifamily homes around Q-town, and the numbers on those don't work that well. That is a great starting point, again thank you for the info!

Hello everyone! I am headed to the Quantico VA area around the March timeframe and I am looking to invest in my first multifamily property within 4-5 hours driving distance of that area. There does not seem to be much potential in the immediate area for multifamily properties. Does anyone know of a good multifamily market within a reasonable distance of that area? My ideal price point is within the 300 range however I have significant flex room on that as I will be new to the area and I am just starting to get the feel for the market, the sense I am getting is that I will need to shoot higher than that if I really want to get started. Any input anyone has on this is greatly appreciated, looking forward to getting connected with everyone out there. Thanks!
