Sky is the limit if you are able to succeed as an agent! I am generally an optimist so I say go for it, worst case, it does not work out and you still can be a nurse. Best case is you work hard as an agent, build a solid business, then earn and invest more.

As long as you are comfortable working with investor clients (which you probably are since you are on this site), I would look around for real estate meetups in your area and attend as many as possible with the goal of having a genuine conversation with one new person each time. Then add that person to your database and follow up with them to schedule a coffee/lunch. If there is not a real estate investing meetup in your local area, then start one!

Great job! Congrats! How is your beach house on N Topsail Beach doing?

I upgraded to a Pro membership a few years ago solely for the unlimited use of the calculators becuase I think they are very user friendly and can produce a professional looking report. I have stayed with the paid accounts since then and even upgraded because of the additional benefits from the Pro/Premium accounts but the calculators was where it started for me :)
