Looking for investors for two teardown deals in Fairfield County. For the first deal, estimated resale value is about $1.55M. For the second deal, estimated resale value is in $5.5 - 6M range.

@John Fenny I don't know any online courses that you can take to get a license, but I do know that there are courses in Norwalk Community College that you can take to help you get your license. But do you want to be a wholesaler or an agent? You don't really need your license to become a wholesaler!
