Hello all,

New to the site, looking forward to learning. I am interested in flipping, possible investing and rental properties.  Also, I am looking to network with people who have experience in flipping ie. (learning) also, contractors. I do have some what of a background in building having worked construction putting myself through school. My father in law is also a GC but he is a high end millwork , custom kitchen bathroom GC who works mostly in Fairfield County and Westchester-

Also, I am looking to connect with contractors/GC who understand flipping , investing-My passion is really new construction-but need to learn before I tackle that beast
