I agree with @Andrew Campbell.  A logo may be necessary for branding your business, but what is most important for your success is taking the daily actions in your real estate business that allow you to accomplish your goals.

For the logo, I would check either fiverr or upwork to get it done quickly and cost effectively.

Congratulations @David Zheng, that's a great deal!  I do think you should consider @Jay Hinrichs perspective though.  Maybe a combination of both worlds and get a line of credit for the $291k equity so you have some cash available but you won't be paying interest if you don't need it.

For my landlords who want to make their own equity and get a great return this is the house for you. Granted she’s small, but she brings a king’s ransom in return. Rents will range between $1,000 and $1,200. That means conservatively if you put an additional $20,000 into this property you will have a cap rate over %15 after removing taxes and withholding.

Unbiased Walk through:

Check out this duplex in Avalon. The left side is rented at $975/month through February 2018. The right side is in the video below. Both sides are 4 beds and 1 bath. The utilities are split. The property is rent ready with on street parking. This will make a great addition to any portfolio.  However, this is also a great opportunity to house hack in Avalon, a great suburb of Pittsburgh.  Let one side pay most or all of your mortgage!
