I think I understand Jeff's question because it is similar to mine (I think). Somebody, at some point is shelling out a lot of money in this operation. In Jeff's example, a high amount of money would have been seemingly lost on this deal.

What's the rub?

There was a good blog article posted today that addressed this:

It mentions Act!, but I too would be curious what other investors are using.

I have a HTC Thunderbolt and the two apps I use most frequently in real estate are SignNow and Scan to pdf free. Sign now lets you sign pdf's instantly by drawing your signature. Pretty handy.

My only complaint is the battery life, but for most android devices it is a part of life.

I think Tom hit the nail on the head with his question, what are you hoping to accomplish. Work first to have an idea where your blog is lacking, then work backwards from there to find apps that will fill that void.

Run your blog through Hubspot's marketing grader for an idea of what might be lacking. http://marketing.grader.com/

Sorry if there is any confusion, but I am looking to have a background to put on say property flyers, that I could also use for an official company letter or just general marketing information about the company.

Do you guys outsource the development of your company's marketing materials?

Everything that I create in Word or publisher then transfer to a pdf comes out looking so amateurish to me. I would like to know if anyone has a resource to learn how to make decent marketing material, marketing material templates or where you outsource the development of your materials to.

Looking mainly for a nice .pdf background I could use on multiple documents to develop the brand.

It hasn't quite hit my area of western PA yet, but other areas are booming with the Marcellus shale.

I have to agree with you Brian. I had my property manager do a quick survey of my tenants and the results were fairly disappointing, none of them have a credit card. Actually, my property manager does not even have a credit card. I still think the idea is solid, just not when it comes to execution (ie. when it matters). This may be an option for mid to high class rentals, but they would probably not have the same issues with payment. Thanks for helping me through this guys!
