Yeah, I noticed a lot of that. In my own New Member post, I wrote about how much I enjoyed the Podcasts and was really learning a lot from them.
One of the responses (cut n paste style) entailed a nice portion of how I should really 
make time to listen to the Podcasts because they were very informative...I'm not a fan
of those posts ;-)
