The library is always the best option but some of the material there could be outdated (just always check it first). Another low cost option is buying books used on amazon. When you find the book you want, just click the little link that says "# used from 3.99" to see a list of individual sellers

I am a young investor (just graduated college) interested in learning about REI. Currently reading as many books/forums as a I can to gain knowledge. I have already joined a meetup group formed on this site for REI in the DC/MD/VA area.

My interest is in buy and hold properties (rentals), but I like learning about other REI opportunities as well. Looking forward to getting to know some other investors from my area on this forum!

Great timing for me! I just began reading books and studying real estate investing and came upon this thread.
