I've never paid more than $2K on a second and this includes B of A. If the house goes to foreclosure they get nothing and they all know this.

Karen,

I agree with what you said.

In this instance, the first isn't likely to short, so the short is going to end up negotiated with BoA for the second; that is why the advice given earlier in the thread said that BoA will expect to be paid more (the first isn't stipulating any limit on subordinate payoffs).

But the OP can certainly try ...

I'd still make that initial offer and wait for them to scream.

Why does God hate Christians so much?

Where do you come up with this CRAP!?! LMAO!!

Wait...you can argue for the existence of an invisible, all-powerful creature called God, but when I question the motives of this imaginary creatures, you call it crap?

I've noted before that when you (and others here) can't seem to find an argument against something, you resort to "Appeal to Ridicule" (a logical fallacy) as your retort.

Instead, why don't you address my comment with some logical response, as opposed to your illogical one?

Alright, first of all I don't believe it was God, Christians or any other such entity that put the Hussein in office. I mean, Mickey Mouse had his fair share of votes. If you want to follow the line of logic that you are using, it is the Christian values that are under attack in this country and that are being destroyed. Perhaps God is telling us that a country who once held moral values once thrived and with the degradation of those, He is pissed off enough to take us out.

Rich, its a 2200 sq. ft. house, waterfront, with pool , fireplace, wetbar, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, fenced back yard, everything in it was new when I first rented it, even the roof. The last time I had it rented was for $1600. The last time I tried to rent it, I couldn't get $1400.

I don't sleep a lot, as you can see. I sort of do it when my body decides its tired, in between running around doing all of the things I need to get done.

A lot of people are moving out. The population of Florida has decreased in the past year for the first time in several decades. Rents are dropping too. I have my last rental on the market now. The property originally rented for $1800/month and when it got down to where I couldn't rent it for enough to cover the mortgage, it was time to get out.

IMO there's enough people pissed off about all of this that we're probably headed for another full scale war in this country. I hate to see it divided like that but from the perspective of dismantling the Federal government I feel its badly needed. The other scenario I can see is the collapse of our economic system in which case there would be no more money for them to operate on and the states would break up into smaller communities. Either of which I feel would be preferable to what I see coming if we continue on the path we are on.

This book will scare all Americans that believe in Freedom, Constitution and fairness.
We're on a slippery slope, and the current administration is pushing us as fast as posssible. Rich

I don't need to be scared anymore than I already am by school children singing Nazi style praise songs about BO, this so called mandatory youth brigade and all the extra coffins and refurbishment of detention centers that FEMA has going on. I got the picture and one I've seen somewhere before.

Maybe I missed the point of the video but I fail to see how the video of Beck obviously contradicting himself on the health care issue (side note, or perhaps not; just because you have a bad experience with health care does not eliminate the fact that as he stated "we have the best health care system in the world", which is still a debatable issue) has anything to do with the fact that Anita Dunn proclaimed in public that Mao Tse Tung is one of her favorite philosophers? This is not exactly the kind of person I think needs to be communicating anything in the United States of America but rather should be tried for treason, like our present Commander in Chief.
