Has anyone used SuccessorData.com to get probate leads.  Just wanted to get a review of their services and if it is worth the monthly charge.  Looks like it could save a lot of time.  Thanks for your time.

I am looking to do a direct mailing for probate leads.  I was wonder what certain criteria I might be putting in my listsource as far as equity goes any other information I should have.  Also how far back would one recommend going?  I assume you don't want to come into the process to early.  Thanks for your time in advance.

Thank you both very much. If I find any information about these meetups I will certainly let you know.

Looking to see if anyone has information on local RE meetups or clubs in the North East Pa area. Poconos, Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton areas.  All help is much appreciated. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you.

When real property goes through the probate process could it still have liens? Or does the process itself clear any debts on the property?

I would"t call it exactly a twin.  It is a totally detached home with a side by side 3/1.  One person owns the one side and someone else owns the other. Even the basement and attic have separating walls.  One side of the house is Vinyl and the other is asphalt shingle, It can get pretty strange at times. I find them a lot in NE PA.

I am looking for multi-unit properties in a heavy renter community in Pa.  When I call to inquire about the properties it seems that only half the house is for sale.  The price they are asking seems like it should be for the whole thing.  My question is, does anyone out there own half a house as a investment?  It just seems strange to me to buy half a house. Thanks for the time and information.

I have been a student of Bigger Pockets for 3 years now and have learned so much. I am looking for similar like minded people in the Pocono Mountains Region of Pennsylvania to discuss REI, contractors, strategies and the like. If you are interested in a discussion I would love to talk, you never know where things may lead. Thanks and looking forward to the journey.

If there is a garbage disposal, check and clean inside the cap also dishwasher drains can cause some nasty orders.  White vinegar run in the dishwasher will clean and deodorize for both.  Good luck. Hope you find it.
