What is a fair amount that you would pay a Realtor for bringing you a buyer on your FSBO?

Ugg, out of stock on Amazon.

I have a good home inspection client who recently signed up with Keystone Funding Network. I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with them.

TIA

Scott

I went with Interstate appliance on Brook Park Rd. Talk with Bridgett.

I ended up going new as I didn't want to be possibly bringing in bugs to a renovated property.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Scott Zeiger, and I am a certified home inspector through iNACHI and ICA. I bring years of experience as a remodeler and investor/property renovator to the table, so I have been there, done that.

I offer full inspections with the report as usual but I also offer a "walk and talk", going through the property with you and pointing out what the defects are for a reduced rate.

5 star rating with Home Adviser, back ground checked, bonded and insured.

Good day. I am a certified Home Inspector but I am also an investor, which makes me uniquely qualified to inspect the houses that you may be considering to purchase, as I can view them from your position. From local, out of state to out of country investors, I have provided service to them all. I am also able to perform progress payment inspections for lenders.

Certified for general, mold, radon and a few more. Give me a call at 440 477 1149 and let me know how I can help you.

If you are looking at a property around the 44138 zip code, please give me a call for a Property Inspection. I bring 32 years experience buying, renovating, holding and selling properties to your home inspection with a full accurate report. If I find defects that make you walk from the deal and you don't need the report, I price my services accordingly.

My question is for those that would know, is there not a simple phrase we can use on our FB pages that indicates we are open to "take on" investors? I have a page that shows our properties, what we are working on and what is available to buy or rent, and we have had a great response to a targeted FB post/boost, and thought maybe we could capitalize on that.

Thoughts for not landing in hot water with the SEC?

Of course no one would be dispensing legal advice.

Yep to the respirator. We actually have to sign waivers from the bank before we go in.
