I'm my opinion, you don't need to have your real estate license to start. However, there are definitely upsides to getting licensed in the long run.

I appreciate it @Sarah Hansen , we are in Conway. The drive was wild, about 26 hours (most of it seemed like rush hour). I'm glued to the Weather Channel. My son was going to wait it out in Pensacola, Fl. I finally convinced him to head out to Mississippi.
