South Florida Connections / Recommendations
Good morning fellow BP Members...
After having recently sold my business, I am wanting to jump back into the RE fun, specifically, here in South FLA for the time being. In preparation to do so, I would greatly appreciate any/all recommendations for wholesalers, lenders (hard money and traditional), as well as, contractors.
Additionally, I would welcome any BP Member connections for those looking to partner on local flips over the next few months.
We have access to funds now, so for those of you wanting to find and work the deals, we are interested in your connections as well.
I am very goal-driven and targeted so we are quite interested in flips for short-term and multi-family for long-term.
For the few realtors I have already connected with, whom are sending me deals to review, greatly appreciated. Keep them coming.
