@Chinmay J.@Christopher Phillips

I appreciate the feedback guys! I guess we may have gotten lucky on the short sale that came our way. But we will see what the bank has to say!

Best,

Scott

Christopher Phillips I am looking to flip the properties. 12 week hold period. Scott
I am looking to get my real estate license in Massachusetts. To do so, I want to take a real estate license prep course through an accredited program. Any suggestions on what company to go through? Weekend courses are best. Thank you for your help. Best, Scott

What are your thoughts and opinions on short sales? Have you found the time and effort to be worth it? Does anyone specialize in buying short sales?

@Matthew Hudson congratulations! It is awesome to see that your success is building every day. I also live in MA, and I am working towards closing on my first property as well. I live on the MA/NH border which is a very different market than Hyannis and the rest of the Cape Cod area. Have you tried attending any Real Estate Investment Association meetings in order to build your network?

Best,

Scott

As a former Valedictorian of undergraduate and graduate school. Finish the damn degree. It allows you to establish yourself and your worth as a young professional.

Multifamily properties will provide more security in your investment than SFH. I recommend listening to @Rod Khleif podcast, Lifetime Cashflow Through Real Estate Investing. His show strictly focuses on Investing in Multifamily properties and cash flow. All the Best, SG

Excellent rule of thumb that I learned from two seasoned investors is:

"Never tie up all of your money in one property, especially the first one."
