Working on putting together my first deal and every bank I talk to wants 25-30% down on the mortgage. I do not have that kind of cash kicking around.

I want to learn more about Hard Money Lenders. Pros and Cons? Are there benefits that they offer that a bank or standard mortgage company cant offer?

Well that's great to hear! I really would like to buy my first investment property before the end of 2016. I have found this website called foreclosurefortunes.net. I have been using it to study the cost of small multi-family properties in the Merrimack County area. Have either of you used it before? The reason I ask is because there is a property that I'm highly interested in but the contact information is extremely limited. Have you run into this issue before? Are there better websites to use to generate leads? Thank you for your help!

Hi Everyone! 

My name is Scott Graham and I am very excited to start on the path of becoming a Real Estate Investor! I am a recent graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston MA with an Undergraduate and Graduate degree in Architecture.  I am presently working as a Young Architect who has a passion for design, construction and rehabilitation. 

I am currently enrolled in Boston University's Fundamentals of Real Estate Investments course. I am looking to attend networking events for Real Estate Investors in the Merrimack County Region.
