@Gregory Schwartz Sounds like you have some awesome strengths! Congrats! My strength is building teams and raising capital! Putting the right people into place to run like a well oiled machine is essential on larger MF deals. Best of luck to you and happy investing!

@Randy Davenport Welcome to the BP community. Sounds like you know what you want. If you end goal is to be in multifamily I do want to make note that you do not have to go the fix and flip in SF route to get to MF. I went right to MF. Food for thought... Happy investing!

@James McCray Love it! So many gurus out there offering something for a crazy price. People looking into this business can find a mentor or coach and not give away their last dollar.

@Parker L. I plan on starting one up when I move there in the next 6 months! It will be strictly multifamily! Look forward to meeting you. I love helping others get off the ground running.

@Quinyana Mosley I agree with @Sam Grooms, you definitely don't have to start small, but get educated. Like he said spend time on here, go to conferences, seminars, and get a coach! Don't do it alone. Build a team!

@Jonathan M. I would choose out of state. My company invests for cashflow over appreciation. I also would prefer to be in San Antonio or Houston over Austin. Just my opinion. Happy investing!

@Conrad Metzenberg congrats! Sounds like a home run. Best of luck. San Antonio is great. I have investments in northern San Antonio.
