I bought a 1 acre piece of property in an established neighborhood.

I could sell it as is for a small profit or build on it for ?? profit. Selling would be no risk and quicker, building would be more profit potential.

This is my first piece of property for investment.

Starting out, what would be some advice on how to proceed?

I am 49 now and just starting to get into real estate. 

Because of your success, and mention of Rich Dad Poor Dad, I have just ordered that book.

Hopefully I can be as inspired as you and be financially secure by 60! LOL

Hello all, 

My name is Scott and I am from Lapeer, MI. I currently work in a shop in the automotive industry.

I am really interested in getting into real estate investing. Have been watching videos on youtube which led me here! 

My goals are to do a couple rehabs to make some money to eventually be able to buy some rental properties. I would like to have enough rentals to be able to quit my day job.

I have not explored this site very much yet, but it looks like it will be a GREAT help to me! Will be doing a lot of reading and learning here!
